We stand behind every BluFire product manufactured and sold. We have strict quality assurance procedures that help minimize errors and defects during production, assembly, and initial calibration. If during the first year of operation any BluFire product ceases to function properly, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge. It is essential to take proper care of your product to avoid having to send the product back for warranty service. BluFire sensors are extremely sensitive components and any misuse can permanently damage your product and possibly void the warranty. To obtain warranty service, please call 877-334-6876 or email service@blufire.com to request a Return Authorization Number and a copy of our Return Authorization form. Customers are responsible for return shipping back to BluFire service center. Please read the product manual for the complete terms and conditions of this one year limited warranty.
